I can't begin to describe the wonderful impact that TEAMagic! had on our annual January Resident Assistant training day…During dinner that evening and for weeks afterward R.A.'s came up to our training committee members and complimented them on the success and value of what your presentation brought to our group.

There was even one young man, who had a reputation of seeing the negative side [of things]. He had been on staff for years and felt there was nothing left to learn. You may remember…he spent some time with you…he was very animated, and kept shaking your hand. He later made a point that "this was the best training I've ever been to!" You'll never know the true depth and meaning of that statement from that individual.

Your use of props and the wonders of magic as a team building tool was engaging and a highly effective approach to getting folks immediately hooked into your program's goals. The energy, joy, and professionalism that you demonstrated as a leader were contagious within the entire group. Having been in this business for several decades myself, I can honestly say that what you did for our group was one of the best and most impactful training sessions that I have seen.

Mr. Will Fern's recent team-building exercise with Hawera High School staff, "TEAMagic!," was a huge success.

More than 50 staff participated in Will's 2 hour program. They improvised, performed magic tricks, solved problems and developed their staff relations. Everyone enjoyed themselves as they were gently challenged to move a little outside their usual zone of comfort. Afterwards, all spoke very positively and enthusiastically of the experience.

It is noteworthy that Will was very well organized, personable, and a pleasure to work with. He has the talent of "taking people with him."

I thoroughly recommend Will to any organization that wishes to develop their staff relations, while having great fun at the same time. We would certainly like to welcome Will back some time in the future.
